Terms of service
Last Updated: September 1, 2026
Welcome to Clric. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.clric.com, including purchases made through our online store.
Throughout these Terms, “Clric,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Clric. By accessing our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced on our website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law.
1. About Clric
Clric is an independently operated online retail store offering backpacks, bags, luggage, accessories, apparel, and lifestyle products.
Our product selection may change from time to time as new products, collections, and seasonal items become available.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate our website and process customer orders.
2. Eligibility and Website Use
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or are otherwise legally permitted to make the purchase.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality, availability, or operation of our website or use our services for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about products offered on our website, including descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, colours, sizes, prices, and availability.
However, actual colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting, and reasonable product variations.
Please review the product description and available specifications carefully before placing an order.
If you have questions about a product, please contact hello@clric.com before purchasing.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed, or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the product or guarantee availability until your order has been successfully completed and accepted.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation of the affected item and a refund.
5. Pricing and Charges
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or during checkout.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing and product information are accurate. However, genuine typographical, technical, or pricing errors may occasionally occur.
Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to correct genuine errors. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate and provide available options.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other costs will be displayed during checkout where required.
6. Orders
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, email address, billing information, shipping address, and payment information.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that every item has been dispatched.
Orders may be subject to:
- Payment authorization
- Product availability
- Address verification
- Fraud-prevention checks
- Other reasonable order verification procedures
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when payment cannot be authorized, an item is unavailable, information is materially inaccurate, or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location and checkout configuration.
Payments are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Clric does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers on our website.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, carrier, customs procedures, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances.
Where available, tracking information will be provided after shipment.
Nothing in these Terms limits any delivery rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact hello@clric.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing, fulfillment, or shipping has begun.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights that may apply to your purchase.
10. Returns and Refunds
Clric offers a 30-day commercial return period from the date of delivery for eligible products, subject to the conditions stated in our Return Policy.
Please contact us before returning merchandise and follow the return instructions provided by our customer support team.
For standard change-of-mind returns under our commercial policy, customers are generally responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Please review our Return Policy for complete information about return eligibility, refunds, return costs, exclusions, and procedures.
11. UK Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Where applicable, you generally have 14 days after the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel. You generally then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Our commercial return policy is provided in addition to applicable statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.
12. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact hello@clric.com as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where appropriate.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, price reduction, or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original content provided by Clric through our website, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and other materials, is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Clric.

16. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle personal information, cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, and your privacy rights.
17. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product information and reliable website functionality. However, occasional errors, interruptions, delays, or technical issues may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clric will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on your place of residence.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section prevents you from relying on mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable law.
